Flavours & Fillings

Our flavours and fillings are all designed to work together so you can mix and match them to suit your tastes. We use a smooth Swiss Meringue Buttercream which is not too sweet, made with pasteurised egg whites, castor sugar and butter.

Flavours

  • Vanilla

    A classic sponge cake that is soft, light and fluffy with vanilla extract added to bring out a pure vanilla flavour. A gluten free option is available.

  • Chocolate Brownie

    A well balanced, rich and moist chocolate cake. This one is a best seller. A gluten free option is available.

  • Caramel

    A dense cake with a delicious caramelised sugar taste. A gluten free option is available.

Fillings

  • Vanilla

    A Swiss Meringue buttercream with vanilla bean whipped through (Swiss Meringue buttercream is not too sweet)

  • Raspberry Crush

    A dried raspberry powder mixed through a Swiss Meringue buttercream.

  • Chocolate Ganache

    A combination of milk and dark chocolate ganache.

  • White Chocolate Ganache

    A creamy white chocolate ganache made with organic cream.

  • Caramel

    Caramelised sugar whipped with fresh cream.
